Foreword

Since my wife have been together we have created our dishes, tinkered with family favorites, and created variations based off of dishes we’ve either eaten or seen.  Many of these have been written down over the years in various notebooks, index cards, sticky notes, and in computer documents.  We have shared these with our friends and family and in turn they have shared many with us.

One of the benefits of Coffee Bruin Studios is the flexibility to explore new concepts and ideas.  Inspired heavily from my experiences on the con circuit, this project will introduce the world to many of our family recipes along with art and humor.
