Bruin take the wheel

In April, my wife and I went to see Billy Joel. We didn’t have the worst seats in the stadium, they were one row behind us. To be fair, we had a really great time. Here’s what it looked like from our seats:

I’ve been neglecting the Cookbook posts. We went to a fantastic Cuban restaurant before the concert. I may have to post some pictures from the menu there and then try to recreate the dishes.
